Thomas J. Gravina received his undergraduate degree from the University of Buffalo and his Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University School of Law. He served as a Naval Reserve JAG Officer from 1969 to 1982 and achieved the rank of Lieutenant Commander when honorably discharged.
